What I really appreciate is that he fixed it rather than replace it. It is an older unit original to the house which was built in 2002 and bought by us in 2016. I'm told that makes it an old air conditioner by Florida standards. So even though I know it will have to be replaced at some point, there was no pressure from the repair guy to replace it right now. I called them up and they came out right away at a regular service call. Come to find out we had a leak in a unrepairable spot and we needed to replace the whole system. So he got us two quotes to fit most economic up front cost and best warranty with lower overall operating cost. When they came to do the work the service tech did the maintenance and said he was finished. My wife asked him about the problem we were having smelling burning wires. He was not aware we were having a problem. He was only scheduled to do a service call. When my wife made him aware he did the repair right away. They are always very polite and professional, and I will recommend them. My only suggestion would be to improve communication between the office staff and the service techs. We were having some issues with our A/C recently so we gave them a call and they were able to set up a time for them to come out to inspect our unit. They were able to quickly find the issue, they let us know that we needed a coil replacement and also some freon added to our unit. They treated us very well throughout the whole process but the only thing I would recommend they do better is to explain the bill.
