I called them up and they came out right away at a regular service call. Come to find out we had a leak in a unrepairable spot and we needed to replace the whole system. So he got us two quotes to fit most economic up front cost and best warranty with lower overall operating cost. He was able to get us scheduled within a couple days and on top of that the Saturday charge for coming out and putting coolent in went against the new unit. When I called to set up the appointment they said I was scheduled for a maintenance call so they would do everything in one visit and moved my appointment up. When they came to do the work the service tech did the maintenance and said he was finished. My wife asked him about the problem we were having smelling burning wires. He was not aware we were having a problem. He was only scheduled to do a service call. When my wife made him aware he did the repair right away. They treated us very well throughout the whole process but the only thing I would recommend they do better is to explain the bill.
