Great experience, called around 2:00 PM, Dan called said he would be here around 5:00 PM, sure enough he showed up at 5:00 PM.Originally called about a strange noise in the unit, found out it was only a loose panel, buuut there was another problem. They did a good job, and the price was right! I have a new air conditioning unit, but it still needs to be checked out to stay in warranty, so I called Don't Sweat It Air and Heat, Inc. to do that for me. They checked the pressure on the unit, and then they checked the outside part of the system, and then the inside part. The service person was young, but he seemed like he knew what he was doing. My A/C went down over the weekend and I have a senior dog so I called Able to come out on a Sunday and paid the after hours up charge of $165. Great Value for the Price Don't Sweat It Air and Heat, Inc. replaced an air conditioning system for me. I also purchased the extended warranty with the system. The first time they came out, it was raining, and they decided to reschedule to prevent moisture from getting into the lines. I thought that was a very good idea as moisture in the lines can cause problems years down the road. When they came back the second time, they started the installation at 10 AM and they stayed until 10 PM in order to finish the job. The installers arrived on time. They were friendly and professional. They didn't mind answering questions. I liked that they were willing to finish the job and not come out the next day. I felt that the Don't Sweat It Air and Heat, Inc. technicians were not just there to do a job, but that they wanted to do the best job possible.

Our A/C stopped cooling the house in a late Saturday afternoon. I called them up and they came out right away at a regular service call. Come to find out we had a leak in a unrepairable spot and we needed to replace the whole system. So he got us two quotes to fit most economic up front cost and best warranty with lower overall operating cost. He was able to get us scheduled within a couple days and on top of that the Saturday charge for coming out and putting coolent in went against the new unit. On Wednesday, they showed up on time and started working on putting a new unit in and completed it in one day. They did a excellent job!

Polite and Professional! The service techs at Don't Sweat It Air and Heat, Inc. are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. They did a good job and got everything working again. When I called to set up the appointment they said I was scheduled for a maintenance call so they would do everything in one visit and moved my appointment up. When they came to do the work the service tech did the maintenance and said he was finished. My wife asked him about the problem we were having smelling burning wires. He was not aware we were having a problem. He was only scheduled to do a service call. When my wife made him aware he did the repair right away. They are always very polite and professional, and I will recommend them. My only suggestion would be to improve communication between the office staff and the service techs. The service techs are great at what they do.

Honest, reliable, and great service! We took possession of our new house a few months ago, and then the air conditioner stopped working. We called Don't Sweat It Air and Heat, Inc. They waived the initial fee for our first service call! It's a newer air conditioning system, but the technician found that the wiring was all wrong, so he fixed it. Then he fixed the thermostat for us and explained everything about how it worked. We have two other neighbors who are looking for service companies and I plan to recommend that they call Don't Sweat It Air and Heat, Inc.! We will be using them again if more problems come up!

Super nice people! I recently had Don't Sweat It Air and Heat, Inc. come out and check my air conditioning unit for me. This was my first time to use them. They cleaned off all the coils, and charged it up with some refrigerant, and now it works great! They were here right as scheduled, and did not leave any kind of mess in the house. I also have to say that they were just super nice people!

Their employees were polite, and professional, and they managed to get my air conditioning unit back up and running for me. The problem was, that there was something that had plugged up my unit, and because of that, the air conditioner kept turning itself off. Anyway, Don't Sweat It Air and Heat, Inc. came out quickly, and cleaned out whatever it was that had caused the problem, and now, everything works just fine! Price wise, the cost seemed a little bit too high to me. I didn't check around to compare prices or anything, but it was just a little more than I expected. But still, Five Stars overall.

Very Happy With Everything! Our first experience with Don't Sweat It Air and Heat was overall very good, we aren't sweating in our home anymore! We were having some issues with our A/C recently so we gave them a call and they were able to set up a time for them to come out to inspect our unit. They were able to quickly find the issue, they let us know that we needed a coil replacement and also some freon added to our unit. They treated us very well throughout the whole process but the only thing I would recommend they do better is to explain the bill. I was confused about what was covered by warranty and exactly what I was paying for but I'm glad they got everything squared away for us.

Painless! I hired Don't Sweat It Air and Heat, Inc. to replace the outside AC and inside AC on two properties, my residence and a rental. From the start, speaking to the sales representative to the installation technicians coming out they were very communicative. The installation crew finished both installations on time, were very clean in their work area and very professional. They finished both on time as scheduled. Their follow up visit to ensure everything was up and running correctly was great because they really didn't have to do that. This was a painless experience and I am very pleased with their work!

last minute call We signed up for an annual contract. one thing we were told is that we would have priority on an emergency cal. though we have had other annual air conditioning contracts, we have never needed this. We came home and found the ceiling around the handler caved in from water. We called, received a call back, and Daniel came out on Saturday morning. Though it was determined not to be the a/c, we were completely satisfied of the attention taken to assure us it was Not the a/c. Now we have to find out where the water came from. Thats another chapter

Dan set up an appointment with me for the next day for his sales representative to come and check my unit. By the following day it was fixed and working well. Don't Sweat It with Dan!! Gave Dan a call and he came out and fixed our unit which hasn't run properly for two months! Our home warranty company couldn't help us for two months, Dan did it within a few hours! Worth every penny!

Very Happy With Everything! I first heard about Don't Sweat It Air and Heat Inc after doing some of my own research online for a reliable HVAC contractor. After I got a small job done by them they offered me a package deal for yearly maintenance of our units and I took them up on their offer. This was our first year with them so we recently just had our first maintenance appointment, they were very thorough and made sure that everything was working as it should. While they were at my home for the checkup we had them also check out our ducts, after their analysis, we decided to get some duct work as well. Everything went very well and I was very pleased with the customer service they provided us during our time with them.

Excellent service Dan is one of the few A/C installers who also cleans clothes dryer ducts, ours was causing a fault in our dryer and would have probably damaged it if left unchecked. Dan came, cleaned it both from inside and outside and made sure everything was working correctly and that the hose and gas line behind the dryer were routed correctly without kinks. Excellent work!
