When they came back the second time, they started the installation at 10 AM and they stayed until 10 PM in order to finish the job. The installers arrived on time. They were friendly and professional. They didn't mind answering questions. I liked that they were willing to finish the job and not come out the next day. We called Don't Sweat It Air and Heat, Inc. and they were here the very next day to take care of it. The repair guy was very friendly and did a great job. The price was fair and not out of whack. What I really appreciate is that he fixed it rather than replace it. It is an older unit original to the house which was built in 2002 and bought by us in 2016. I'm told that makes it an old air conditioner by Florida standards. So even though I know it will have to be replaced at some point, there was no pressure from the repair guy to replace it right now. These guys came out once before exactly two years ago to fix the same unit. When I pointed this out to the repair guy, he said, I hope I don't see you again for two more years! That makes me feel like they weren't just here to take our money. I like that. I got the impression that I can believe them and I've already recommended Don't Sweat It Air and Heat, Inc. several times on our neighborhood blog. They are very good and I am very happy. There are many reasons why we will continue using them. We use them for both our personal residence as well as our rental properties. This most recent visit was to conduct a routine six-month maintenance call for our new unit. Last year we had them install a whole new system. With the installation came a two-time free maintenance checkup for the first year. This visit was the second of those two visits. I cannot say enough about them just how courteous and friendly they are. Dan, the owner, even takes calls on his personal cell phone so he can stay on top of things. Don't Sweat It Air and Heat, Inc. is a very honest company with highly skilled technicians. The techs are all very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Since I have them service our rental properties too, I like to check in with my tenants on how things went. Even my tenants have complimented their technicians for being very professional, thorough and friendly. They all seem to be very easy to talk to. They do exactly what they say they are going to do and again, seem to be very honest and upfront with you. You can take them at their word which is something that is hard to find these days. Come to find out we had a leak in a unrepairable spot and we needed to replace the whole system. So he got us two quotes to fit most economic up front cost and best warranty with lower overall operating cost. He was able to get us scheduled within a couple days and on top of that the Saturday charge for coming out and putting coolent in went against the new unit.
