What I really appreciate is that he fixed it rather than replace it. It is an older unit original to the house which was built in 2002 and bought by us in 2016. I'm told that makes it an old air conditioner by Florida standards. So even though I know it will have to be replaced at some point, there was no pressure from the repair guy to replace it right now. These guys came out once before exactly two years ago to fix the same unit. When I pointed this out to the repair guy, he said, I hope I don't see you again for two more years! I called them up and they came out right away at a regular service call. Come to find out we had a leak in a unrepairable spot and we needed to replace the whole system. So he got us two quotes to fit most economic up front cost and best warranty with lower overall operating cost. He was able to get us scheduled within a couple days and on top of that the Saturday charge for coming out and putting coolent in went against the new unit. On Wednesday, they showed up on time and started working on putting a new unit in and completed it in one day. They did a excellent job! read less
