Unlike other companies that we called, they weren't trying to sell a new system from the beginning. They went with - let's see what you've got, and we'll work from there. Also, the warranty on our unit is pretty standard, not the "that can't be right" we were told by other companies. Turns out - don't need a new system, and Jordan had the parts to get us up and running again. Such a great experience having real customer service from people that know their products. I got a referral from Lerry Villalobos, our Truly Nolen guy (who I also HIGHLY recommend) for this HVAC company to come take a look. Making the appt was a breeze. Dan the owner arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and gave me solutions on how to fix the hole he found where they were coming thru. It’s the middle of summer in Florida, our AC is down and we spent ten days messing around with another company with scheduling and repair difficult at best and still not fixed. Called Don’t Sweat It, got Corinne on the phone, who was friendly, professional and set us up with their tech Richard for the next day. He came out and squared us away with a coolant recharge and minor repair for under $300! 2.0 Made a post on FB asking for recommendations on someone to come look at our AC. ( another AC worker told us that the unit needs to completely be replaced because he found a few things wrong with it and it would cost between 9-13k for a new one. He also said that some companies would just do the quick fix to charge you hundreds of $s and he wouldn’t ) 9-13k was way out of a budget we currently have. Richard from this company reached out and came out to see us same day. He was very polite and quick responding, which we absolutely appreciated. Said all that was needed was a recharge on the system and that the original guy was just trying to make a sale. We are now at a month later and it’s back to not working. My system was blowing warm and acting like a fool. I called Dont Sweat it and Dan came out. Looked at my system and told me, what was happening and that I would need to think full replacement soon. Today, I can get you up and running and I think, you should be good but you know. Something could fail. But if I get you running, hopefully until winter when things are slower and parts are easier to get. I'll call you back. Dan was honest and nice about it. Unlike some other guys who said, It's Blow UP, no fixing, gimmie loads of money!

Price-wise, the value isn't more expensive than the competition. Some of the bigger companies will be charging you for all that radio advertising. The first time I called, they showed up the same day. They are a small local company, supporting local is supporting families and these guys are family-owned. Owner-operated with a hands-on approach, options given, and honest answers to your questions.

I will no longer call any other HVAC company or person. At this point, he has helped many of my family and friends. - 5/01/2024

They offered a service warranty, however, that they could not honor. I don't know if this was an attempt to do a service warranty with a hidden charge. They tried to collect labor charges after having included labor in their service warranty.
