So happy that we called Don't Sweat It! Both Dan and Jordan know their stuff, and had a preliminary idea based on how we described the unit acting. Unlike other companies that we called, they weren't trying to sell a new system from the beginning. They went with - let's see what you've got, and we'll work from there. Also, the warranty on our unit is pretty standard, not the "that can't be right" we were told by other companies. Turns out - don't need a new system, and Jordan had the parts to get us up and running again. Such a great experience having real customer service from people that know their products. If you want something other than another sales pitch because other companies don't know how to fix, only do installs, call Don't Sweat It Air and Heat.

I had a new straight cool system put in my mother’s house. The tech was there for nine hours, putting in this entire unit himself, Inside and out. Very professional, polite, he answered all my questions. Did the job as cleanly as he could and did a great clean up at the end of the job. I was very impressed with the service this company offers. I’ve used them for issues at my own home as well and always get great service. If you need A/C work done or a new one installed, this is the company for you.

Jordan was very knowledgeable, and patient with me in deciding which account i wanted. The crew came out, and they were great. Jordan came back out to make sure everything was running well. Im very thankful for everyone that came and worked with me.
